Oct 26, 2013 5:51 PM in response to ScottH-PCby Frank Caggiano,Only Apple can say if and when the D610 will be supported, we're only users like yourself here. Apple never announces this type of thing in advance so you'll just have to be patient for now.
In the meantime you could shoot Raw & JPG, use the JPG's now and when the Raw's are supported switch to those. Hopefully you won't have long to wait.

Dec 29, 2013 7:37 PM in response to Frank Caggianoby Cathy2014,I just upgraded to the latest version of Aperture because Apple told me it supported the Nikon D610 raw file format. Well, it does NOT. I am hoping there is a setting that I need to turn on, but I have my doubts. I have to wait until tomorrow to talk to a live person about this, but I can attest to the fact that the latest version of Aperture is not importing raw files from a Nikon D610 even though Apple is saying it does. I am very frustrated at this point in time....

Dec 29, 2013 10:59 PM in response to Cathy2014by Owen A,Hi Cathy,
The Nikon D610 is listed as a supported camera here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5955
Can you confirm you have Digital Camera RAW 5.01 or later? You can go to Aperture > About Aperture and it will list it for you there. Also, does the image open in Preview?

Dec 30, 2013 3:46 AM in response to Owen Aby Cathy2014,No, I don't have 5.01 or later...you would think a fix or upgrade would be in the latest version of aperture that you purchase (I purchased it yesterday). I assume there is an update....I'll take a look and see if that works. THANK YOU!
