I'm a bit confused by your post. That page is for the iTunes Store (and in fact is a rather old screen shot, Ping having been discontinued months ago) which has nothing to do with uploading pictures anywhere that I can think of. To where are you trying to upload pictures, and how are you trying to accomplish it?

I've upload my pictures direct from my local computer. The picture that you see above is not the picture that I have uploaded. Therefore is my question. The content was changed to that what you actually see.
My question now, is this a generally problem? Because I wonder why I've got an ITunes-Store content. The only thing what I am doing in the last days was reading and posting here in the Forum. And that has nothing to do with ITunes.

That was an Problem by Safari and I think basically to Mavericks because some Applications doesn't refresh it's contents without quitting. That's bad because the advantage of this feature is to quickly open applications.

Yes the problem first goes by Safari that not refresh the contents of my uploaded pictures. So I've got the content as you see above. After cleaning the cache and quitting Safari works fine again.
So I think some applications doesn't refresh it's contents like Mail or even Safari without quit the Application. I think as I said above this problem comes with Mavericks so Applications that running in background sometimes not working correctly.
