Q: I'm trying to upload my ad from iAd producer but i get an error

Uploading is available for Advertisers and Agencies with an iAd Account Manager.  If you've got an account manager, they can flip the switch for your Apple ID.

If you do not have an account manager, select the Contact Us link in the sign-in dialog.

I've already contacted through that link twice now and there has been no reply. Getting very frustrated.

I have the same problem!! Apple can be so very frustrating sometimes!! Why get us all to use iAd Producer and then prevent us from using any of the ads we spent many hours creating? Doesn't make any sense!  Appears as though they are only allowng this feature to big ad agencies rather then indie developers.

iAd Producer 4.2 was released today, and I see one of its key features is uploading projects to iAd Workbench. Is that what you need?
