I've contacted them and i was suposed to get an email from them 24 hours after i called them to reset my apple password, and still have'nt recived one.
Then call again. Posting to this user-to-user tech support forum isn't going to further your quest.

Yes. That is what this is. Just a bunch of users and no one from Apple.
