I have recently found Iphone 4s. It is not activated and asks for Apple ID.
Unfortunately, previous owner does not sent any messages via "find my phone" function.
How can I connect to the owner to give the phone back?
Could you send a message to him to his account email?
I know only Serial Number of the phone, but I think you will find the linked account easily. It is DN*******TD2
