I have a I-Phone 5C that isn't picking up Bloothtooth signals, just always searches for a signal.  I've restarted the phone and have a wireless signal.  Help please.

To what are you trying to connect?

Is the device you are trying to connect to in pairing mode?

    What is the device?

When you paired with your husband's phone was that a new pairing? If not, then you need to go back to the user guide for the speaker, make sure the device is in discovery/pairing mode as Johnathan mentions and then turn on the Bluetooth on the phone. The phone should discover the speaker at that time.
