Jan 1, 2014 2:33 PM in response to Winston Churchillby AZBella1,The router is fine. My iPad is still good as are the phones etc. But my Wifi connection needs a password and I think that is why the apple TV is not connecting. I've reset the thing twice to no avail.

Also, just to confirm this password that you're expecting to enter, does this need to be entered on a web browser the way many public Wi-Fi access points restrict access? If so, the ATV will never prompt.
