Jan 1, 2014 9:48 PM in response to Samuelson97by JEM24,Try resetting by pressing and holding the power and home buttons approximately 15 seconds until the Apple logo appears. Then release both buttons. If that does not work try going into Setting>General>Reset>Rest All Settings. Last resort do make backups of all your stuff before you try restoring. Do a Restore from backup Or Restore from iTunes as new. luck. If still not working may be a hardware issue, contact Apple Genius Bar, set up appointment to have your iPod checked out. Good luck.

Jan 2, 2014 8:24 AM in response to lllaassby JEM24,Illaass if the lock was on, why would it still work when Samuelson plays a game? Wouldn't the lock stop all motion activity?

Jan 2, 2014 8:58 AM in response to JEM24by lllaass,The lock locks screen rotation, it does not prevent the sensor from sensing motion for game input.
