Q: Can't locate songs previously downloaded and ITunes won't provide an option of redownloading.  What do I do?

I downloaded several songs a few months ago.  ITunes lists them in my library/playlists, but can't sync them because the files have disappeared.  When I am in Itunes store, the songs are there, but won't play.  I have tried to download again or even purchase again, but ITunes won't allow me to do so.

What country are you in ? You might be able to redownload them via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes (you will need to delete them from the Music apart of your library, where you are getting the missing file message, for them to get the cloud symbol against them in Purchased for redownloading).
