Q: My iTunes store won't open on my PC ever since the iOS7 update

My iTunes store no longer opens automatically when I plug in my iPhone. I updated my phone recently to an iPhone 4s with iOS7.

I tried to download iTunes on my PC again but it won't open at all. What can I do to retrieve it?
