Q: icloud ID problem

Dear I have  problem with my own I pod5 32GB I  bought from Stores and it was had Some Icloud ID before of me when I updated then its gone in configurtion now its need the email ID and password what should I do its giving me some error messages like this .....

 

A password is required to activate this Device because its owner has used find my iPhone to link it to their Apple ID .

If this is your device enter the Apple ID and password you need to st up icloud

If you wear given this device or purchased it second-hand , you will need to contact the original owner to have them remove this device from their account . Additional information can be found at :
