Q: How do i Undo 'silence calls when phone locked'

There is no such setting. The closest setting is Do Not Disturb mode. If DND is enabled the phone will only ring for VIP calls (those in your Favorites list) when the phone is locked. You can optionally set it to ring if the same number calls you twice in quick succession. Go to Settings/Do Not Disturb to see your options.

You COULD just turn off Do Not Disturb.

It's on the Control Panel. The icon with the moon in it.

currently on the Do Not Disturb page

Manual is off

Scheduled is off

Repeated calls is on

Silence is checked for Only when phone is locked

i want mymphone to ring when it is locked

as my employer requires a passcode lock on our phones

please help

Turn do not disturb OFF

So you'll know.  Make sure just above DoNDisturb in Settings that Control Center is allowing Access on Lock Screen

If DND is turned off, the other settings under DND for when the phone should be silent have no effect on the phone's behavior.

Check to see that the mute switch (the little slider above the volume buttons) is not engaged. Check the volume level.
