I tap on my music app and the app doesn't work I figured this out when my sister downloaded a song we both share the same account so when I went to my music app it wasn't even their said still processing from 4 hours ago. Also I click the home button and takes me right back to the music app. Sometimes this happens. Help?

    Try this… Press and hold the "Sleep/Wake" button on the upper right of your iPad along with the "Home" button on the front of your iPad. After 10 seconds, you should see the Apple logo. Then let go of both buttons. 

     

    Try your music app again.
