HT1692 Can't sync contacts and calendar with my Outlook while using iCloud.

I have always used iTunes to sync my Outlook Calendars and Contacts to my iPhone 4S. I recently updated the iOS to 7.0.4 and iTunes to 11.1.3.8, and started using iCloud for backups.  Now when I go to Sync on my office computer, I cannot get new Calendar or Contact info from my desktop (Outlook) onto the iPhone or vice versa.  When I go to 'Info' in iTunes, under Sync Contacts and Sync Calendars I get the following message: 'Your contacts/calendars are being synced with your iPhone over the air from iCloud. Over-the-air sync settings can be changed on your iPhone.' How do I keep the iCloud backup working but allow the Contacts/Calendars to sync with Outlook?
