    The latest TC has at min a 2TB hard drive.. and the airport utility in windows is not up to handling its setup.

     

    What is the exact model number of your TC from its base?

     

    Do you have the windows airport utility installed? If not please install it as it includes bonjour for windows.. that will help you setup the TC drive.

     

    Then in windows explorer you can locate the drive by typing the address directly into the address bar..

     

    \\TCname or \\TCipaddress (using the real name or IP obviously.. real name is network name btw.. so I recommend you keep the TC name short, no spaces and pure alphanumeric to comply with windows standards.)
