Jan 8, 2014 11:51 AM in response to ozkid22by King_Penguin,Tap tapping on your id at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on it and log out of it and then log back in and see if they then show as free.

I also have a new iPad Air which did advertise iMovie as free. After downloading to the iPad, I was able to download the app free from iCloud on iPhone.

Jan 9, 2014 10:54 AM in response to dawieseby King_Penguin,How many months ago ? The cut-off date is whether it was activated on/after September 1st - if you're not sure and you've since updated it to iOS 7 and the apps don't show as free on it, then try logging out and back into your account on it
