Q: iTunes help is in some foreign language

Jan 12, 2014 7:22 AMby DanMccarter,Thanks for the help. I used your suggestion but the language in the help system is still inh some foreigh language. There was only one entry in the preference file and it was english so I clicked on it and shutdown iTunes and when it came back up the language appeared to be a different languag than it was before.

Jan 13, 2014 11:44 AMby DanMccarter,I spent about 2 and a half hours with Apple support yesterday and ended up re-installing the OSX. But Thatv Did not fix the problem.
I am not sure if this can be repaired or not.
In the meantime can some one direct me to a paper on multiple libraries in Itunes.
