Q: What happens when you accidentally press the power button when typing?

Hey, Im thinking about getting a macbook air and I was just wondering what happens if you accidentally press the power button when you type? It seems like it might happen since the button is basically a key on the keyboard. Thanks.

Hi gocanucksfan,

 

If you accidently hit the power button when typing you get a message asking if you really want to shut down:
