You can get a new email to do so by logging into id.apple.com and signing in using Manage Apple ID. There will be a button to resend the link to your email right on the first page. Be sure to check your email inbox and click on the link in the email when you get it.
This is done to confirm that the email works for your receipts and password reset emails. Once it is verified, you will likely never see the error again
