Q: ddr2 to ddr3

Hello! I Have a 24ich iMac from early 2008 with 2gb of DDR2 ram and a Intel core 2 duo 2,8GHz, And now i wonder if i can upgrade it from DDR2 to DDR3 and like 8GB insted of 2GB? Or what is the max capasity on it?

    No. If your computer uses DDR2 RAM, you cannot then replace it with DDR3 RAM. You can only install the maximum amount of RAM that is supported by the model.
