Jan 15, 2014 3:30 AM in response to Jaqkeeby King_Penguin,Nothing shows on the purchase history on your account : if you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it, click on that and you should then see a list of the purchases.
If you didn't make the purchase, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and may have made it, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

Mar 17, 2015 12:09 AM in response to risa18by King_Penguin,You are sure that it was a genuine email from Apple and not a phishing attempt trying to get your account and payment details ?
Phishing and similar emails : Phishing & Other Suspicious Emails
Phishing emails : Identifying fraudulent "phishing" email - Apple Support
Genuine iTunes emails : Identifying legitimate emails from the iTunes Store - Apple Support
Viewing your account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support (on an iOS device you can view the last 90 days purchases via http://reportaproblem.apple.com)
If it's a genuine email and it shows on your account's purchase history, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and purchased them, then contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption . And change your account's password
If it is a phishing email then forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com , and then delete it.
