Jan 17, 2014 12:24 PM in response to zaimpaineby Tom Wolsky,Where the projects and the events on the same drive? In the library that was created do you have an event called Updated Projects?

Jan 17, 2014 12:52 PM in response to Tom Wolskyby zaimpaine,The projects and events were located on my HD on my iMac, in my Movies folder. I also have a copy on an external drive as well.
When you say "Library" do you mean folder? I'm used to working with an older version of FCP before events and libraries were a term used with the program. I still find it difficult to understand the new terminology for different files, which is probably why I'm having so many difficulties locating them.
I can not locate a file or folder entitled "Updated Projects" anywhere on my iMac or external drive.
Thank you.

Jan 17, 2014 1:02 PM in response to zaimpaineby Tom Wolsky,In the application is an icon with four stars: that's the library. Inside the library are icons with a single star: these are events. Is there an event calked Updated Projects?

Feb 18, 2014 5:55 PM in response to zaimpaineby ifstc,Hopefully zaimpaine's problem has been solved in this past month. If zampaine or anyone else could provide the solution that would be greatly appreciated. In my case, there also is no Updated Projects Event. Projects started in the last few days disappear from FCPX and the Project Library even though the project file is visible in Finder, both in the Final Cut Projects root file and within its own subfolder and all the other, older projects are still clearly visible in the Project Librarty.
Many thanks in advance,
