I have a MacBook Pro with all of the latest updates and an iPad Air with all the latest updates. It has worked before and it is not working now. I have tried restarting both MacBook and iPad, deleting iTunes and reinstalling it, and basically any suggestion on the web. And nothing has worked. Please answer ASAP!
