Q: moving icloud appointments

when moving appointments in outlook from icloud calendar home to work I get the "Cannot move items. Cannot move meetings in offline mode" How do I fix this?

I tried doing that under the send/recieve tab but the little earth icon doesn't even show at the bottom when I am in the calendar tab.
