- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have the iPod play a sound via iCloud.
- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police- There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it.
- Apple will do nothing without a court order

Nov 14, 2013 4:57 PM in response to lllaassby Padilla.c,I lost my ipod also , but it wont let me look for it on the find my iphone app , it tracks my sisters and cousins but not mine , i have a ipod 4 and they have a ipod 5 and iphone 4
i remember it was in my house and i put it on the charger and proped it up with a box , when i came back like 5 minutes later it was gone and the box was on the other side of the room , i have been looking for a answer for at least 2 hours and i cant find one that works
is there anyway i can track it other than the find my iphone app or website , because like i said it wont track my ipod down ( its charged and working)
