Q: I have over $25 left in i-tunes gift cards balance yet the store keeps trying to bill a credit card. Why is it not accessing the gift card balance?
I have over $25 left in my i-tunes account from i-tunes gift cards. However the system keeps trying to bill a credit card rather than accessing the gift card balance first. Anyone have a similar problem or have some advice?
