Jan 21, 2014 11:09 AM in response to Anu3imiby Bob Timmons,If you can see the settings in AirPort Utility on your MacBook Pro, you can retrieve the password.
Open Macintosh HD > Applications > Utility > AirPort Utility
Click on the AirPort Extreme icon, then click Edit
Click on the Base Station menu
Click Show Passwords
If no luck you will need to follow the instructions for a Soft Reset in this Apple support document.
