Jan 22, 2014 11:44 AM in response to Mickey_Fernby turingtest2,No. You should still have any iPod games that you bought in your library. They were clearly sold on a one download only basis with a reminder to take backups. If you've failed to maintain your backups that is unfortunate, but nothing worthy of a refund.

Jan 23, 2014 6:49 AM in response to GamerCookieby U no I no,I too have questions. When I replaced an iPod I gave my son my older one and was dimayed to find that all the game apps for were no longer available. Why did Apple deliberately go out of it's way to remove apps for this product? Could Apple tell us if this was to deliberately render the iPod clickwheel obsolete? It seems the game apps were removed just 24 months after the last of these products were sold.
