Q: I cannot get my computer to recognize its connection to my iPad, in spite of having the USB to lightning cable attaching the two devices.

I've got my iPad cabled to my Mac, iTunes running, but the iPad doesn't show up under "Devices". Nor does the iPad recognize that it has a connection to iTunes.
