What problem are you having ? If the app is still in your country's app store, and you haven't changed countries since buying it, then you should be able to redownload it directly on your iPad via the Purchased tab in the App Store app on it.

Thanks, I shut down my iPad air and closed all applications , then I was able to put it on my iPad . Possibly their was a glitch, after shutting down and turning off iPad - things worked fine
