Jan 25, 2014 3:28 PM in response to IzzyPLby JollyJulia,I had the same problem. Finally went into Programs - Common Files - Apple - Mobile Device Support - I had to delete this folder, then rebooted & reinstalled and now Outlook works again.

Jan 26, 2014 6:03 PM in response to IzzyPLby Bledthorn,had the same issue as you couldnt uninstall the Apple Mobile Device Support but it seemed that as long as i uninstalled the updater and itunes and rebooted/reinstalled itunes that it fixed the problem

Had to go to control panel - Programs and Features - and uninstall five items in order. Then reinstall iTunes.

It is a shame that as of late whenever I see an itune upgrade I hesitate and put it off as long as possible. BN
