Q: Photo Stream Update Failed

PHOTO STREAM UPDATE FAILED- I get the following message: (My photo stream could not be updated because of an unexpected server error. Icloud will automatically try agtain in a few minutes.) All photos are standard jpeg format. Some photos upload but others don't. I've tried reloading Icloud 3.1.0.40 and still receive the same failed message.

I don't know if this is the cause, but all of my photo's were successfully downloaded to my IPad using
The previous version of ITunes (11.1.38).

You don't need to do anything. The error is telling you that there is an iCloud server error, and that it was not able to fully update your Photo Stream. Just leave it be. It will automatically update your Photo Stream when it can.
