Jan 28, 2014 5:08 AM in response to jkaiproductionsby WZZZ,Your question is confusing. You say this account is a secondary account, which would mean standard, non-admin, but in the title you say admin. Anyway, have a look at this procedure, tested in ML but will probably work in Snow. Pay attention to the caution about having a backup.

That does work well, save that on 10.6.x you can't usually use Finder, even as an Admin, to rename a user folder.

Jan 28, 2014 1:24 PM in response to WZZZby jkaiproductions,Thank Wzzz for your response. Much appreciated.
With Snow Leopard you can create multiple accounts up to five per computer.
This problem I am trying to solve is on second account and NOT on the main login. This is where you click in the upper right corner next to the magnifying glass the Account name. When you do a drop down menu will show the names of the other accounts you may have set up. I did setup another account. When you do you will be directed to a login and required to type in your password for this second account. The name I would like to change is "Discountticketshawaii". I followed the link you posted but it may not be the right solution. Hope I explained it clearer in hopes someone knows the procedure.
