Q: I can not connect to my Canon MG3520 printer.  Can someone help mpe, please?

I'm having problems trying to setup my Canon printer. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.  It keeps telling me there is no printer, even though the printer is on & I followed the wifi steps.  Can someone please help me?  Thank you!!

    1) You are certain that the printer and iPad are connected to the same WiFi network?

    2) Are the printer still connected to a PC/Mac with the USB-cable? Disconnect if so. USB and AirPrint doesn't work well together.

    3) Somtimes I have experienced that a restart of the iPad or the router or the printer solves such problems....

See the requirements and lists of Airprint printers here (http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4356).

If your printer supports AirPrint but does not work then:

Your printer might need a firmware update

Your printer must be on the same WiFi network

Your router must support Bonjour (Zero-configuration networking).

    For troubleshooting:

Turn Off iPad, turn off WiFi router (remove from power), and turn off Printer (remove from power).

    Turn on WiFi router

    Wait 30 seconds

    Turn on printer

    Wait 30 seconds

    Turn on iPad

    Try to print.
