Q: Any possibility to update ML 10.8. without upgrading to 10.9.?

Hello All

Is there any possibility to have (automized security) updates for Mountain Lion 10.8.5. without upgrading to 10.9. Mavericks?
If not - how about security updates?

(For example: iTunes 11.1.1. tells me to update, but then only the entire 10.9 Mavericks Update is availeble.)
