I cannot access to my itunse store, it says cannot connect to itunse store. What can i do?

Q: I cannot connect to itunse store
1. Make sure iPad is using the latest software
2. Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>On
3. Make sure Time Zone is correct
4. Reset iPad. Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple Logo.
