not very savvy! Sitting here with a list of keyboard shortcuts getting more frustrated! Decided to try and call Apple but they need the serial number and can't figure how to find that without the mouse either :-(

Jan 30, 2014 7:39 AM in response to Francesca38by rkaufmann87,Go to your local Office Supply store and buy yourself a backup USB Mouse and Keyboard, you can generally find very inexpensive ones for less than $20. If you still need help then you will need to take your machine into your local Apple Store or AASP and ask a Genius to give you a hand.
