Yes, you are right, but I think that my computer cannot support becuase I have only 512 MB RAM. This version needs at least 1 GB RAM. I have to upgrade memory.
Also on the page where I see the details of my computer is said that this computer can support up to version 10.5.
More info on your MacBokk, it came in black or white...
Make sure the RAM meets these specs...
Crucial may also ship to your country...
It's best to have double the amount of memory required by the OS.
You don't have enough memory to run any Mac OS at a reasonable performance.
Here are the requirement for Snow Leopard.
- Mac computer with an Intel processor
- 1GB of memory
- 5GB of available disk space
- DVD drive for installation
- Some features require a compatible Internet service provider; fees may apply.
Apple is still selling snow leopard for $20. This is a good deal in my view.
You have a two processor machine. You are not getting your value by having two little memory.
This maybe the memory you need. Verify by their model number lookup.
I understand they ship international.
Check with curcial.

I finally solved my problem. So firstly I changed the hard disk (the old one was dead).
I upgraded the RAM from 512 MB to 1.256 GB
I installed MAC OS 10.6 version.
And everythink is perfect.
Thanks to all of you (special thanks to Neville)
