Open Macintosh HD > Applications > Utilities > AirPort Utility

Click on the Time Capsule icon, then click Edit in the smaller window that appears

Click the Wireless tab at the top of the next window

Backspace/edit out the current Wireless Network Name and type in the name that you want to use

Click Update at the lower right of the window and allow a full minute for the Time Capsule to restart

You should be all set, except that you will need to log on to your "new" network with your devices, one by one.

Login to your router, as administrator, and change the name of the network.  Change the network being attached to on every device because the old network no longer exists.

You can also go to the AirPort Utility if you have an AirPort router and use that to change the network name.

Knew I should have waited a while longer for you to catch this, Bob.
