Jan 31, 2014 5:29 PM in response to b noirby 934782,Originally I received an error code:;R6034.
I found other discussion groups on here with the same issue and followed the steps they said worked for them. I still am unable to go into the program. Following list is what I've done so far;
-Restored computer to earliest restore settings when app/program worked.
-Deleted all apple programs off of computer and then continued to again download itunes back onto the computer.
- Deleted quicktime because I was told that it might be interfearing with itunes its self.
- Changed settings on computer so that they would not stop or interupt with itunes working properly using program like msconfig in run program.
- re downloaded quick time to see what would happen but still nothing
-Went into control pannel and into the uninstall program. instead of uninstalling all apple programs I clicked on fix/repair but still no reactions are shown when I click on the itunes Icon. It just sits there on my computer screen.
Im at the point where I have no clue on what to do. I have an iphone and ipod which I use daily for work. Please If anyone can help me please do. I tried getting a phone number for apple but that's like finding a needle in a haystack.
