What was "it"? Which response did you use to get iTunes installed?

Feb 1, 2014 5:30 AM in response to Cornanby eamonveaney,Uninstalled all the apple applications on my computer and then re-install Itunes. I still don't know what caused the problem but suspect there is an error in release 11.4.

I deleted everything Apple. Just went down the list in the uninstall window and uninstalled it all. I did this in the order mentioned in someone else's post: iTunes, Apple Support, Apple Mobile Device, Bonjour, Apple Application Support, iCloud, Quicktime, VoiceOver Kit, and anything else on your computer created by Apple. Then I restarted my computer and downloaded iTunes. (The Apple products in my list have shortened names because that is what I wrote in my notes) The list I followed was posted by lel1956. Hope you get good results.
