Q: i forgot my rescue email and my security questions

Same happened to me

This is ridiculous. Apple has no problem sending me other emails, why can't they send me one so I can change my security questions???

I have this issue except I can't reset my rescue email and I don't  remember my Apple ID questions and when it says to send to a rescue email it doesn't show the whole email so i don't even know if I'm sending my information to the right email. This is so confusing it makes me want to vomit. FIX IT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!                                                  

I don't remember the answer and the rescue is wrong ..............con that what I put     I put 50 dollars and I can't buy any thing .

Someone tell me this.... Why do they have to use the back up email? I don't know why Apple won't send support and let you change your security questions with the email that you use to set up your Apple ID with? I also think Apple should have a 24hr phoneline considering they're a large business.

I lost access to my rescue e-mail (if there was any!) and cannot seem to remember the answers of security questions...

I live in a third world country, please help!

Apple ***? Really? I just can't fathom all these unaswered people leading up to my needs too. Support?

tbh i find all this security **** ******** its just a pain in the *** to remember and a pain in the *** to reset wen ur sure to forget it

i have the same problem! iTunes won't let me buy anything until I answer my security questions, and I can't remember them. So I was trying to create an alternate account for a rescue email and the rescue email link won't show up! Ugh this is so annoying!

My rescue email is not the email I even use.  So when I press the link, the email doesn't come to me. I just wanted to buy a song on my new iPod 5.

this is driving me mad! i just download free apps for myself sometimes, and i renewed a 15 pound card, and then i wanted to buy a film and it told me i need to do this verification bull crap which has never asked about before on the free stuff. i downloaded a free app a second later and it worked but not when you have to pay . i cant remember my security question answers and this rescue email address. all it says is l****@hotmail.co.uk. Wow, way to re-jog the memory Apple, useless!
