i have just got the new iphone 5s, my imessgae is no longer working, it keeps saying an error occurred during activation. can someone please explain on how to fix it
What carrier are you on?
Is texting working?
Is your Apple ID and password working (can verify by logging into www.icloud.com)
I'm with O2 and yes both are working
You need to call O2 and let them know you can't activate iMessage. They might not have provisioned your account properly.
