Q: I cannot log into imessage or facetime. Why?

I Tried all the resolutions you suggested but none have worked.  Any other suggestions?

The first thing an advisor is going to ask you about your device "is it up to date?" If you have concluded that the update has no resolved the issue and the above articles have not addressed the issue, next is a backup and restore of the device. No reported issues at this time with Apple Services.
