Q: our calls on our new 5C all of a sudden are going just to voice mail and not ringing at all even though the settings seem right.

My husband and I each have iphone 5c and all of a sudden we aren't getting phone calls , they just go to voice mail - we have looked at

the possible settings and we can't see any reason for this.   Please help. 

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.0.4

    This could be difficult for two phones doing this together, but check in Settings>Do Not Disturb. Is that on? Check to see if you see a crescent moon in the status bar near the battery icon. If not, then I would contact the carrier. It would be unusual for two phones to fail at the same time.
