Thanks for the help! I wish i had found this before i tryed a bunch of different things like trying to restore and i did ininstall all the programs and had some problems but finally removed all componets of itunes then re-installed and everything works great with itunes but i have 2 other problems. after a full shut down. i then power up....enter my password and the desktop opens up fine at 1st. but after all the icons in the lower right next to the clock are done my monitor screen goes dark. i can hear my hard drive working. I put my computer to sleep wait 15 seconds and wake it up and the desktop is back up and all programs work. But on this site and yahoo etc. I am getting script errors as well. this is a windows vista 32 bit.. by the way i also have a windows 7 netbook. got the same ituned error as i did on this computer but this time i followed your instructions and everything removed and itunes re-installed and do not appear to have any problems with that one. do you have any idea what the problem is with my vista machine.

I have had so many problems with this update that it actually messed up a lot of software on my desktop and affected my antivirus.

I have managed to sort out all the issues with the other software issues by put after reading pages upon pages of solutions for the iTunes update 11.1.4 I still haven't sorted it out.

All of the solutions on this page as well as iTunes own solutions for the problem it has had no affect.

I have update all my drivers and windows software to see if that has had an effect and still no joy in installing iTunes.

I have downloaded so many programmes on the advice of others that have had these issues to help solve the problem and again this has had no affect on resolving these issues.

I have uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled it approx 20 times, tried a repair on it and again no joy.

I have done a full system scan for viruses and my computer is clean of viruses and malware etc so I am at a loss of what to do.

I have repaired windows Vista from the boot disc and still no joy.

My issues have been: run time error c++ R3034 / error 7 / error 1114

access denied to Mobile device application

Itunes helper exe start up error

                                      Icudt49.dll missing

I Have tried everything and I have no access to iTunes for my iPhone and iPad.

    I need help!

Hi Brett, have you followed the instructions in the second box in Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates, paying particular attention to the folder deletions?

    Hi all,

I have finally managed to get itunes installed on my PC after 4 days of very annoying issues.

I had to uninstall every piece of Apple software and find the remaining files to delete it off my system and then reinstalled iTunes using Admin installation and it is now working.

My only issue by doing it this way is I have had to start iTunes from scratch and put everything back on it.

But it is sorted, thanks for all your help.

You said that you needed to reimport your media which is a shame. One of the links in the further information area of Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates deals with any potential post-recovery library corruption. There is also a link in there for a backup tool that you might find useful in future.

The repair from 'turingtest2' worked for me .... with a little difference

1  Simply removing iTunes didn't work.... something was still hanging it up

--- The files above were reinstalled

2  Used 'CCLEANER' ;    some other similar program would probably work

    3    CCLEANER : TOOLS / UNINSTALL

4  Uninstalled everything related to Apple as 'turingtest2' suggested

    5    CCLEANER : TOOLS / STARTUP / CONTEXT MENU

6  Found three files related to iTunes remaining

    7  Manually deleted those files

8  Downloaded new iTunes installation '.exe'

9  Ran the installation 'as Administrator'  >>  SUCCESS

    solutions of runtime error r6034

If you getting runtime error r6034 code it is necessary to do System scan using a good antivirus software.and you have to fix wrong registry entry using a Registry Cleaner Tool which will detect all missing System files from your System and recover all format.
