Q: Can iTunes 11 sync iphone by usb cable?

I always sync iphone contact to my mac mini by usb cable. If I upgrade itue to 11 Can I still sync with usb cable?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.4

iTunes 11 can. OS X Mavericks can not. Sync services was deprecated as of OS X 10.7 and has been completely removed from OS X 10.9. If you upgrade to mavericks, you must sync contacts/calendars via a cloud service, Exchange Server, or a CardDAV/CalDAV server.
