Q: how can i tell if my internet uses http proxy?

i have itunes for windows 7.both are installed with the latest updates.the internet asks if i have http proxy.how do i get to internet options?

cddb database not recognizing song info. but it shows artwork.

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.1
