Q: Printing problems

My Canon printer suddenly stopped printing anything on my new IMAC - it has been working fine, then just would not let me print anything.  I've turned the printer on and off, shut down the IMAC and turned it back on, several times.  I've deleted the printer and added the printer.  I've downloaded the driver from the Canon website several times.  Nothing works.  Under the printer icon in the settings, it says "idle, default."  The only thing that I've done differently is I scanned a document and after that it seems nothing has printed.  Help!

Are you still able to scan from the MF4350?

I haven't managed to re-create your symptom so I have nothing else to offer at this stage.

Thank you for all your help and time spent on this problem.  After exhausting all other resources, including talking to both Canon and Apple, I've decided it's the printer and am not going to spend any more time on it -I'm going to get another printer.  It's not that old, so I am very disappointed and will probably not buy another Canon.  I even bought a new printer cable, but that was not the problem.  To answer your question, I tried scanning and that did not work either.  Thanks, again, for your assistance and expertise.
