Q: App Store; Cannot update/install any games

Please help guys.

So when I enter the App Store, I can see the icons for 'Best New Games' and 'Fast Reaction Games', all the other icons are just grey.

I try and download one of the games with an icon, (press free, then install), the loading thing just goes round and round, it didn't even ask me for my password!

The same happens when I try to Update some of my games.
